care. What is needed for this position: Active Nursing Home
Administrator license in CA Minimum of 3 years of experience in
nursing home administration Strong leadership, communication, and
interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage financial
performance and budgets Skills in developing and maintaining
positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and the
