PART-TIME, afternoon availability. (10 - 25 hours per week) Work
Setting: Home-based care Schedule: Monday to Sunday. Afternoon and
evening availability required. Preference is given to candidates

This position offers a valuable opportunity to explore or start a
career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You’ll support children
in developing communication, problem-solving, and social skills.
We’re hiring entry-level candidates as well as certified Registered
Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to grow their careers.
What You’ll Do As a Behavior Technician at BTS, you’ll work 1:1
with children with autism or developmental delays to build
communication, social, play, and daily living skills through
structured, play-based activities. Sessions take place in the
child’s home, clinic, or school, lasting 2–3 hours. We tailor your
caseload to fit your availability and match you with age groups
you’re comfortable with, from toddlers to teens. Your
responsibilities include: Delivering one-on-one behavior support
through fun, individualized activities Implementing behavior
intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
(BCBAs) Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately
Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and
support Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and

$21–$24/hour, based on experience. Pay increase after you get your
RBT certification! Mileage reimbursement between client homes
Flexible schedules to support work/life balance All new behavior
technicians are required to get RBT certified within 90 days. For
that, we provide 40 hours of paid training to prepare you for the
RBT exam & cover the costs of your RBT exam if you pass on your
first try. Ongoing supervision and coaching from our dedicated
Training Team, Supervisor, and BCBA Shadowing opportunities and
hands-on mentorship to build confidence Clear pathways to move into
advanced roles—whether as a lead technician, trainer, clinical

We’re looking for compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic
individuals who have a heart for helping children and families. If

in this rewarding field. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of
experience working with children with neurodevelopmental
disabilities, preferably in an ABA or behavioral health setting.
Relevant direct-care experience , including supporting children
with neurodiverse needs or caring for a family member in a similar
capacity, will also be thoughtfully considered. Positive,
enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children
Spanish-speaking is highly preferred Experience with children or
individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required Highly
preferred: Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early
Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field. RBT
certification is a plus, but we will cover the cost of obtaining
it! Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
Reliability and a willingness to work with a variety of clients
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 18 years of
age. Experience with children is a plus, but not required. This job
requires commuting to clients' homes around your area. This job
requires reliable transportation and a driver's license. If using
your vehicle for work, we will need an auto insurance policy with
your name on it. In the absence of a driver's license, you will
have to submit a government-issued ID. This job requires a CPR &
First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain during
onboarding) This job requires a TB test (within 90 days), MMR &
Varicella Immunization and a Pre-employment Physical (within the
past year). This job requires a background check (FBI & DOJ) About
