Solutions Architects and drive innovation in the Google Cloud
ecosystem! We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented
Manager to lead our remote Google Cloud Solutions Architect (CSA)
team, specifically covering the Western Half of North America. In
this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding, mentoring,
and developing a team of talented CSAs. You will ensure the team's
success in identifying customer workloads, designing innovative
solutions, and driving the adoption of NetApp's Google Cloud-based
products. Collaborating closely with Google Cloud's Sales and CSA
leadership, you will play a key role in shaping our go-to-market
strategy and achieving sales goals. About Us NetApp's global Cloud
Solutions Architect team is at the forefront of driving customer
adoption of our Google Cloud services. Our collaborative Sales,
Technical, and Customer Success teams are dedicated to implementing
and scaling cloud and software services, consistently exceeding
sales goals. We foster a culture of innovation, continuous
learning, and professional growth. Location: San Jose, CA or the
Bay Area. Candidates must be able to go to the San Jose office 3
times a week. Job Requirements What You'll do: - Lead and manage a
team of remote Cloud Solutions Architects, providing guidance,
coaching, and mentorship. - Drive team performance to achieve and
exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). -
Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop and execute sales
strategies for Google Cloud solutions. - Work closely with Google
Cloud's Sales and CSA leadership to align strategies and
initiatives. - Ensure the team effectively qualifies customer
opportunities and designs tailored solutions. - Oversee the
delivery of compelling presentations and proofs-of-concept to
showcase our solutions. - Facilitate seamless handovers of new
customer wins to Professional Services and Customer Success teams.
- Monitor and maintain accurate customer opportunity status in
Salesforce. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and
development within the team. - Participate in strategic planning
and provide input on product direction and market trends.
Qualifications & Education - Proven experience in leading and
managing technical teams, preferably in a pre-sales or solutions
architecture capacity. - Strong technical foundation in Cloud
concepts and technologies, with a deep focus on Google Cloud. -
Excellent understanding of the sales process and ability to drive
sales success. - Experience working with customers in the
as-a-Service space. - Strong leadership, communication, and
interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and inspire a remote
team. - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems. -
Knowledge of Network Attached Storage (NAS) and its application in
cloud environments (a plus). - Familiarity with container
orchestration runtime concepts and solutions, preferably Kubernetes
(a plus). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English (additional languages are a plus). - 10 years of
experience; 3 in leadership. - Google Cloud certifications (a

Compensation: The target salary range for this position is 278,800
- 360,800 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the
candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and
may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target
Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is
the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when
performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are
competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a
variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.

Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee
stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These
