As a JFrog Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales development team that drives revenue growth and creates a pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team.   • Lead the team to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Train and Mentor the sales development team for success.
  • Building methodologies, infrastructure and best practices for inbound and outbound sales development in order to help the team perform at its best and exceed expectations.
  • Recruit, train and optimize a team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements.
  • Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the sales development process.
  • Manage inbound lead flow and track efficiency of sales and marketing programs
  • Help create a team spirit & high energy environment with people who loves what they do
  • Oversee usage of team systems including Salesforce, SalesLoft, G-Suite
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure success of online marketing campaigns

    • 3+ years of B2B sales management, sales development management or related role
    • Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader
    • Ability to work in a high-energy sales development team environment
    • An enthusiastic and creative leader with strong leadership skills and ability to inspire others
    • Ability to create a performance and metrics focused culture
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred or relevant experience
    • Experience selling into the Enterprise market
    • Experience using Salesforce
    • Excellent written and spoken English
    • Technically adept
    • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
    • This position has a base salary range between $110,000 to $130,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
    • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
