Key AccountabilitiesEssential Responsibilities: Manage key
customers accounts Perform data entry duties including quote, sales
orders, purchase orders and shipping transaction with
efficiently.Build rapport with customers and sale reps through
prompt and respectful communications.Mange consignment FCST,
Inventory aging and reconciliation Complete delegated daily tasks
and report status to supervisorManage RMA requestsProvides
administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Responsibilities includes:Answers phone calls, schedules meetings
and supports visitors. Assist with organizing company
events.Arrange office supply purchaseCarries out administrative
duties such as filing of contracts. Maintain safety and cleanness
of office.Key Performance IndicatorsAll assignments within industry
or specialist area are successfully delivered.Delivery of
impeccable service. Business unit satisfaction. Profitable growth
of Fujitsu's business through sustainable P&L

targets.Desired Experience & KnowledgeBachelors Degree or 5+ year
of experience in the industoryProven work experience as a Sales
support specialist or Sales support associateHands on experience
with ERP and CRM systemsProficiency with MS Office Suite,
particularly MS ExcelIn-depth understanding of sales principles and
customer service practicesExcellent communication skillsAnalytical
