Lockheed Martin Space has an immediate opportunity for an entry level Items Analyst/Logistics Coordinator on the 63-year-old Fleet Ballistic Missile Program. This exciting opportunity involves a commitment to relocate to Littleton, CO in the third quarter of 2022 . Prior to 2022, the position and its training will be at the Sunnyvale, CA campus. In this role you will become part of the Production Planning and Logistical Group responsible for processing both Government Owned Equipment (GOE) and Special Test Equipment. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: - Maintain accurate accounting of Nuclear Weapons Related Material - Process classified hardware - Create DD1149 shipping documentation and Logistics Control Records - Coordinate with Procurement, Shipping, Inventory Control, Finance, Test Equipment Operations, Metrology, Engineering and Manufacturing to meet established schedules - Analyze, evaluate and react to issues that have potential impact to production schedules - Attend Engineering Naval Test Bed (ENTB) status meetings to apprise management of work in progress, material availability and possible concerns - Give direction to represented employees in the handling/processing of GOE inventory - Meet frequently with Inventory Control personnel to review repair work in process and establish priorities - Maintain data accuracy in systems of record, including SAP, SAIL, EPDM and I2S - Be responsible for compliance to all requirements related to the processing and procedures related to Nuclear Weapons Related Material and classified hardware. Basic Qualifications: - Experience with inventory data systems, preferably SAP and SAIL - Inventory Control or Production Control experience - Experience with Microsoft Office tools to include Word and Excel - Demonstrated successful problem-solving skills - Must be a United States citizen - Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance Desired Skills: - Active Secret clearance or above - Working knowledge of SAP MRP and MPS Scheduler disciplines - Knowledge of SAIL Inventory Control and SAIL RAMBO modules - Experience with NWRM and classified hardware handling requirements - Experience working in a union environment - Ability to interface with multiple levels of leadership - Experience coordinating with FBM Navy customer and DCMA - Knowledge of FBM Receiving and Inspection processes BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: job.Qualifications Lockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
