Job Description

The role will conduct analysis in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and associated applications used by Sales Operations and Technical Support.
Support business stakeholders with analysis of new capability requirements that measure and assess the impact of change to:
Business process workflows (including operational metrics)
Reporting
Transactional systems, including data exchange between them
Business objects:
- Item
- Customer
- Lead
- Opportunity
- Ability to draft current state processes and data flows
- Triage issues between high-impact, high-urgency cases requiring direct involvement, and low-impact, low-urgency issues that can be analyzed and resolved by tier-one, off-shore support
