Architectwith 8-14 years of experience for high-end commercial,
hospitality, restaurant and retail tenant improvement

- Lead high-end commercial tenant improvements
- Perform design, project management, relationship management and
technical coordination
- Support the team members with your time and talent and mentor
junior staffRequirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree from an NAAB accredited school of
architecture
- Strong design, technical, communication and project management
skills
- Licensed, or on the path towards licensure

communicators.Your responsibilities and skills as a Project
Architect will include:Personal / Professional--- Ability and
technical expertise to create and execute a design vision centered
around a client's needs, ambitions, budget, and schedule.---
Ability to assemble, inspire, and lead a team of architects and
consultants for the successful execution of custom projects.---
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively
plan and manage project schedules, project budgets, resources.---
Superior interpersonal and written communication
skills.Technical--- Understand the appropriate level of
detail/information required in drawings at each phase.--- Ability
to oversee the production of design and construction documents in
an accurate, complete, and timely manner.--- Understanding of
technical details and to provide quality control and oversight on
projects.--- Software proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD---
Understanding of legal concepts contained within contracts; can
assist with writing contracts.--- Ability to manage professional
fees and oversee regular monthly invoicing of projects.--- Can
troubleshoot a variety client issues to fair and amiable ends.---
Can identify changes in scope, write supplemental service
agreements, and negotiate with client.--- Can effectively
coordinate project consultants throughout a project.--- Ability to
anticipate and research code issues; ability to submit projects to
local jurisdictions and permit projects independently.--- Knowledge
of construction process, procedures and documentation required to
effectively manage projects through construction administration
independently.We are located in the Financial District in San
