Job Description:
A company is looking for a Production Administrator to support
the Visual Communications team with various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support to the Visual Communications team
Manage and organize production data, including scheduling and
resource allocation
Maintain project trackers, documentation, and coordinate with other
departments
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a related field
Familiarity with video and/or graphics production processes
Proficient in Project Management tools like Google Workspace and
YouTube
Experience working in a production environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
