A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Analyst.



Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute process improvements for data collection and account management as a Salesforce administrator
Create reports and metrics trends from Salesforce data for leadership
Develop, implement, and facilitate a change management process for playbook, systems, and process updates


Required Qualifications:

Salesforce administration skills
Experience in data management, including collection, validation, and visualization
Ability to analyze and make recommendations for operational processes and tools
Demonstrated experience in project management and change management
Experience in facilitating configuration and maintenance of onboarding plans for new hires
