Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior User Experience Research Consultant to lead a comprehensive research initiative aimed at understanding and improving employee productivity and business process efficiency. The successful candidate will employ a range of UX research methods including empathy tours, empathy mapping, and journey mapping to identify opportunities for enhancing the employee experience and operational processes.

Responsibilities:
--- Define the objectives, scope, and intended outcomes of the user experience research initiative.
--- Develop and execute a detailed research plan, outlining methodologies, timelines, and responsibilities.
--- Conduct empathy tours to observe employees in their work environments and collect qualitative data on their experiences, challenges, and needs.
--- Create detailed empathy and journey maps to visualize employee experiences, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
--- Synthesize research findings and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
--- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and validate solutions aimed at addressing identified pain points and opportunities.
--- Lead the implementation of refined solutions and monitor their effectiveness in improving productivity and efficiency.
--- Continually optimize solutions based on measured impact, employee feedback, and emerging needs.

Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
--- 15 years of experience in user experience research, preferably focused on employee experience and business processes.
--- Proficiency in a variety of UX research methods, including empathy tours, empathy mapping, and journey mapping.
--- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
--- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
--- Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions.
--- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to shifting priorities
