Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant with extensive experience in Workday HCM, who will interface with key stakeholders and apply Workday HCM domain and technical & functional proficiency including Requirements Elicitation, Design, Build and Deployment of solutions for supporting customer's Workday HCM application. As a Principal Consultant, you will be involved leading support activities related to Workday Application Maintenance, Transition, validating requirements with product offerings, working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests. You will play an important role in creating the design document for new and enhancement of Integrations, Functional changes, working with HR leads, corporate and business unit teams and third parties, in support of the Workday HCM application.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 11 years of overall IT experience
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Workday HCM domain in Implementation / Support projects related to Workday HCM Applications
• Candidate must be commutable to Sunnyvale, CA or be willing to relocate. This position may require travel within the US.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time.
• Should have hands on experience in the modules (Core HR, Recruitment, Benefits, Comp, Talent, Performance, Absence, Payroll & Time tracking)
• Should have hands on experience in developing integrations and reports (Studio / Core-Connectors / PICOF / PECI / WECI/ EIB)
• Experience in BP Configurations (BP Changes, Sup Org, Locations, etc.), Troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes.
• Hands on Experience in Calculated Fields / XML / XSLT / SOAP / Web services
• Experience in Workday Production support, including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws. Recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectives.
• Experience managing medium size team would be a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
