growth.Northrop Grumman is seeking a Naval Nuclear Propulsion
Compliance Officer (NNPICO) to join our campus located in
Sunnyvale, CA. You will be working closely with various functional
organizations to ensure the protection of NNPI on Information
Systems. Our work is mission critical and directly contributes to
national security.As part of the Team, you are responsible for
implementing, operating, and monitoring requirements both technical
and administrative on NNPI systems.Responsibilities include:Act as
the primary point of contact within the organization for NNPI data
protectionCreating, submitting, and maintaining authorization and
accreditation packages for information systems processing
NNPI.Serve as an advisor to management and co-workers for all NNPI
topics in your area of responsibility.Interface and coordinate
efforts with Industrial Security, IT, Cyber Security, Program
Management and Operations in an exciting, cutting-edge
environment.Develop, implement, maintain, and monitor systems to
safeguard information systems & data from external and internal
threats.Evaluate the existing NNPI data protection framework and
identify areas of compliance and remedy identified gaps.Work
closely with government, customer, and company peers to test and
review information systems to ensure the highest levels of security
for systems and information you protect.Participate in the Cyber
Security education and awareness of your colleagues to ensure an
engaged workforce that will be the eyes and ears you need to
maintain a world class security organization.The successful

with 3 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of
experience; OR an Associates degreewith 7 years of experience; OR a
High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of experience is
requiredCurrent DoD 8570 IAM level 2 (or higher) security
certification (example: CAP, CASP CE, CISM, GSLC, CISSP-Associate);
OR must have the ability to obtain the certification within 6
months of start dateMust have a current DoD Secret level security
clearance (at a minimum) in order to be consideredPreferred
Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in
Cybersecurity, a CAP or a CASP CE certification, with 6 years of
ISSO experience (executing RMF assessments in a DCSA cognizant
classified environment) and/or 4 years of experience with managing
NNPI environments (and the NAVINST N9210.3 cybersecurity technical
manual)Knowledge of RMF, ACAS, NESSUS, SPLUNK, SCAP, POA& Ms, NIST,
system audits,vulnerability scanning, and DCSA security package
development are highly desirableTwo (2) years of experience working
in data protection compliance, or a related field (prefer Naval
Nuclear Propulsion Compliance)Current active Top Secret level
security clearanceSalary Range: $101,400 USD $152,200 USDEmployees
may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in
