We're much more than a digital resume - we transform lives through innovative products and technology. -LinkedIn's Sales Solutions team is dedicated to changing the world of sales through the use of Sales Navigator, our flagship product that connects and builds mutually beneficial relationships between buyers and sellers. We recently launched our second product, LinkedIn Sales Insights, which allows customers to self-serve insights and data for Sales Operations and Sales Managers to plan their sales and go-to-market strategy.The objective of this role is to drive customer adoption and success with LinkedIn Sales Insights. You'll work closely within some of our most strategic clients to help our solutions become a mission critical, irreplaceable part of their sales and business development process. You will be responsible for on-boarding, project management, metrics reviews, consulting, and strategic growth conversations with customers.Responsibilities: -Actively partner with your customers to jointly project manage the deployment and ongoing program management of LinkedIn Sales Insights. -Educate your customers on the most impactful ways that they can utilize LinkedIn Sales Insights to achieve their desired business outcomes. -Empower customers to understand how to best integrate Sales Insights into their current sales processes via a consultative approach that may include training, metric reviews, and change management support. -Encourage clients to utilize appropriate LinkedIn resources (i.e., community, forums, user conferences, workshops, etc.) to increase their utilization of LinkedIn Sales Insights and other features on the LinkedIn platform used for social selling.Monitor usage and proactively consult with clients on ways to improve their utilization to achieve their desired business outcomes.Utilize data to derive business insights and use these to drive greater client engagement and increase success of the partnership. -Become a client partner in maximizing the benefits of their investment with LinkedIn Sales Insights. -Ability to travel approximately 25%QualificationsBasic Qualifications: - -5+ years of proven sales, sales operations, management consulting, program management or customer success experience -Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, related field. -Preferred Qualifications:Understanding of sales technologies, SSO and CRMSoftware pre-sales and/or sales effectiveness experienceExperience with developing and delivering onsite training and webinarsExcellent organization, project management and time management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills as well as attention to detailAmbitious and driven, thriving in fast-paced and demanding environmentTeamwork mentality and willingness to assist wherever neededAbility to effectively present to large remote audiencesMaster's DegreeAdditional InformationEqual Opportunity StatementLinkedIn is committed to diversity in its workforce and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
