DescriptionPrimary Function of Position:This position is seeking a
creative, analytical and flexible individual to help lead Demand
and Supply planning activities for Service Business Unit to meet
our Customer's requirements. - Responsible for working with Field
Service Engineering, Distributors, Finance, Logistics, Quality,
Production Planning, Manufacturing/Service Operations, Supply Chain
and Manufacturing Engineers to obtain an optimal Demand and Supply
Plan. - Ensure the right mix of materials is in the proper
locations. Develop key planning initiatives and strategies to
support the ongoing transformation. - Continuous improvement of
systems and processes as well as special projects to drive
efficiency and scalability.Roles and Responsibilities:Review and
validate planning applications (SPP, SAP, o9) statistical forecasts
for demand planning and Material/Capacity constrained build plans
by gathering inputs from Field Service Engineering, Logistic,
Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing/Service
Operations.Participate in and support of complex planning projects,
research, and analysis in support of Service and Secondary Markets,
working with Field Service Engineering and Finance to understand
impact of forecast changes and drivers of forecast change such as
economic trends, competitive issues and trends, events, pricing and
product strategies, new product introductions and
discontinuations.Interface with Production Master Scheduler and
Service to support New Product Launches with FRU demand to achieve
proper service level.Maintain and communicate KPI's, project status
updates and material availability escalationsResponsible for
creating material buffers (ie Safety Stock) in planning
applications (SPP,SAP,o9) and loading MPS into MRP to drive
component demand while ensuring SOX complianceAnalyze Demand
changes in order to assess the risk around the Demand Plan and the
impact of the changes to the - Supply PlanResponsible for creating
quarterly SIOP charts and data/charts for monthly forecast
reviewsDevelop constrained capacity and material build plan by
working with cross functional teams to understand capacity
assumptions such as - line efficiencies, number of lines and
shifts, headcount and material lead times/constraints in order to
develop constrained capacity and material build planMonitor metrics
daily to identify potential supply risk and inventory exposures by
aligning supply chain and manufacturing milestones against safety
stock and/or forecast are supported in the correct plantsAbility to
think through different Demand and Supply scenario planning and
understand the impact to inventory projections and E&O
exposure.Subject Matter Expert of planning applications (SPP,
SAP,o9) to improve, initiate and drive process and system
improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the
forecasting processMentor team members, Logistics and Service
Operations around planning application (SPP, SAP, o9) demand and
supply and lead changes throughout the organizationManage and
review SOX compliance package for MRP load in multiple
plantsQualificationsSkills, Experience, Education, &
Training:Strong written and verbal communications skills,
presentations skills, and ability to interact with associates at
all levels of the organizationAbility to develop and maintain
business partnerships with cross functional departments at all
levels, including resolving conflicts, anticipating customer needs,
and prioritizing workload and schedules from multiple
projectsAbility to use analytical and quantitative skills, and
statistical techniques to solve complex Supply Chain issuesAbility
to manage multiple initiatives and work in a matrix environment
where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines
existUnderstanding of quality and compliance requirements within
the medical device manufacturing industryExperience with Advanced
Planning Systems highly desirableExperience with ERP systems,
Business Intelligence applications and MS Office products,
preferably SAP ERP/BI, Tableau, EDW and Agile. - Strong skill set
in Excel is a mustExperience in a high volume ECO environment
dealing with multiple plants in ERPBachelor/Master's degree in
related field and -minimum of - 8 or more years of work experience
in demand and supply planningAdditional InformationDue to the
