supporting domestic and international shipments. Performs analyses of organization and customer needs to ensure cost efficient and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask along with a thorough understanding of international logistics. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Tracking and tracing of all global freight movement worldwide.
• Coordinating inventory flows between 3PL-warehouses and to final customers.
• Daily inbound/outbound reporting to Management.
• Perform required SAP transactions
• Coordinates domestic and international Dangerous Goods shipments. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience (in years):
  • ---High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 2-4 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge and skills:
    • Thorough understanding of scheduling and forecasting principals.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
    • Experience with SOPs
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
    • Must be organized
    • Experience with EDI integration Physical requirements/abilities:
      • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
      • Work in an office environment-- PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
        • Certified in Dangerous Goods requirements for DOT, IATA, IMDG.
        • Related experience in a diagnostic, medical device, or pharmaceutical environment.
