Job Title: Senior Solutions Support ArchitectWork Model: Hybrid Work ModelPurpose and Objective:Ariba, Inc. seeks a Senior Solution Support Architect responsible for testing, maintaining, and monitoring systems for Ariba Network, including Cloud Integration Gateway Supplier side issues and end-to-end integration of IES for customers.Expectations and Tasks:

• Lead cross-organizational efforts for Ariba Network issues, including product issues and Cloud Health monitoring.
• Use Cloud Health proactively to identify and resolve issues before customer reports.
• Develop tools to enhance supportability and usability of SAP products.
• Set up automated monitoring within Cloud Health for Ariba network business flows and train Support Engineers for proactive troubleshooting.
• Represent SAP Ariba as the Product Expert in customer-facing situations related to Ariba Network and Cloud Integration Gateway.
• Debug Java code using Opengrok to access Ariba codes for customer issues, requiring knowledge of Object-Oriented programming, SAP ABAP, and Partner Directory.
• Report defects via Cloud Health monitoring and collaborate with development teams and leadership on urgent issues.
• Engage with multiple teams (delivery, consulting, sales, deployment, engineering, suppliers, quality, product management) to resolve customer issues, innovate, and improve product quality.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Information Systems, or related field, with six years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with four years of experience.Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

• At least three years of experience in each of the following: ABAP, analyzing system landscape and issues, SQL, HR domain developments, Object-Oriented Programming, technical documentation, defect management.
