Oversee and manage insurance operations within the Life & Annuity
sector
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency
and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and
drive business growth
Required Qualifications and Education
Proven experience in insurance operations management
Strong understanding of Life & Annuity products and regulations
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree
preferred
Leadership experience in a similar role
