Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Conversational Designer to
enhance user experiences through innovative content and
conversational flows.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to design engaging conversational
flows for chatbot interactions
Develop clear and concise content for chatbot responses, ensuring
alignment with brand guidelines
Create prototypes and wireframes to visualize and test
conversational interfaces
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of
coursework and experience
5-7 years of relevant work experience in content strategy and
design
Experience in copywriting and user experience (UX) design
Strong understanding of digital best practices and accessibility
standards
Ability to work collaboratively and independently on projects
