Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Coordinator to support
patient care operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Schedules and coordinates patient appointments, procedures, and
tests, and manages provider schedules
Provides administrative support including patient check-in,
telephone coverage, and maintaining department records
Prepares patient charts by reviewing records and obtaining
necessary documents for electronic medical records
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age with relevant education and/or
experience
High school diploma or GED preferred
Post-secondary education in a medical field is advantageous
2 to 5 years of experience in a medical office, including
administrative support and scheduling
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and electronic medical records is
preferred
