Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Team Lead (Remote,
Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of IT support within the
company
Develop, evaluate, and modify information systems policies and
procedures
Monitor the IT system's daily performance and oversee the
installation of new upgrades for hardware and software
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of proven experience in IT management or a related
leadership role
Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, infrastructure,
and security
Experience controlling information technology budgets
Experience leading a team, including managing functional and
technical resources globally
Upper-Intermediate + in English
