Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Claims.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure timely claims processing while
maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
Build and maintain positive relationships, monitor reports, and
implement improvements in departmental policies and procedures
Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for staff,
while managing complex issues and ensuring effective
communication
Required Qualifications
In-depth understanding of Coordination of Benefits (COB) rules
Proficiency in handling Third Party Liability (TPL) claims and
related processes
Knowledge of Federal, State, and industry-specific regulations
regarding COB and TPL claims
Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, including
HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid
