Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Lead to manage
its high-volume customer portfolio and minimize bad debt
exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor accounts receivable portfolios for payment irregularities
and resolve aged balances
Investigate and resolve customer disputes related to billing or
payments
Provide regular AR performance reports and collaborate on financial
forecasting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related
field
5-7 years of experience with SaaS subscription billing and accounts
receivable processes
Strong knowledge of billing systems and collections best
practices
Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing
teams
