Job Description:
A company is looking for an Internal Retirement Specialist to
provide retirement plan expertise and advice to participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive inbound calls from participants and provide education and
guidance regarding their retirement plan
Initiate calls to targeted participants to discuss contribution
levels and encourage appropriate increases in deferrals
Complete account reviews, calculate retirement projections, and
provide counsel on results
Required Qualifications:
Hold FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as a Life and
Health license
Minimum of two years of experience in a relationship/sales driven
position
In-depth knowledge of insurance and financial products
Ability to build relationships, follow processes, and balance
multiple priorities
Undergraduate studies in business, finance, communications,
marketing, or related field preferred
