Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to provide
white glove service to customers in processing real estate
files.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate files in SkySlope, manage file and communications, and
ensure completion prior to closing
Meet service level agreements by managing email and requests,
auditing files, and sending reminders
Conduct file audits, operate within industry compliance standards,
and follow established processes and protocols
Required Qualifications:
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Sense of urgency
Technically proficient
Real estate industry knowledge
