Job Description:
A company is looking for a Hosting Specialist to join their
Operations team supporting data loading, searches, user management,
and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute tasks in Relativity, Brainspace, Relativity Analytics, and
proprietary tools
Create load files and other deliverables for review
Provide first-tier support for data investigations and
troubleshooting
Required Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent experience (bachelors
preferred)
Customer service background
Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
Positive attitude and adaptability to a changing environment
Background in computers, statistics, or mathematics is a plus
