Job Description:

Reporting to the Director, Accounts Payable, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing all aspects of accounts payable using Oracle procure to pay process. This position will provide full-cycle Accounts Payable support while applying general accounting knowledge and performing tasks with excellent attention-to-details in order to support the current operations and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage daily AP operations of invoices for payment, PO account coding, processing through Inspyrus AP Automation & Oracle EBS mainly for Facility, IT department and US monthly office rents & utilities.
  
• Processing payments for global AWS Cloud account, Google Cloud account, MS Azure invoices toward to approval POs. Reporting spend / savings information to our finance team / working with our main users for purchase orders submission.
  
• Assisting all building projects draw funding as wells as booking in Oracle to send breakdown report to GL team for their records.
  
• Work cross-functionally with sales, facility & finance department to help on any AP/PO related matters.
  
• Manage Amex online CAR tool administration role to manage company Amex corporate card/Meeting card/BTA card. Reconciling all Amex statement with receipts/POs compliance with company policy as wells as working closely with cardholders for getting all supporting documents on monthly basic.
  
  
  Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • 4+ years Accounts Payable experience
    
  • Experience in working within a SOX control environment.
    
  • Capable of accurately applying general knowledge of accounting/financial policies and procedures when responding to written and verbal inquiries from internal and external customers.
    
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.

    Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $27 - $35 per hour. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
