make TV more accessible. ATV is one of the fastest growing emerging
channels that blends many components of marketing and advertising
tech.The Advanced TV (aka ATV) domain blends interesting marketing
tech, ad tech and data science as TV viewing and demand generation
encapsulates user journeys, intent analysis, content and brand
affinities.Given TV is the demand generator for omnichannel, the
addressable market is on the order of 200+ Bn USD globally.Y ATV
team is focused on building innovative capabilities to increase the
economic value of TV, by bridging right advertisers with right
audience. We enable advertisers via reach and targeting. For TV
publishers, we maximize the yield by enabling inventory and
transaction. There are new innovative areas such as shoppable ads,
product placement that will transform digital TV experience.Y ATV
has exclusive deals tapping some smart TV ACR data, which is
uniquely valuable in the sector. The projects give a unique
opportunity to work closely with TV first advertisers, DTC
advertisers with a focus on performance marketing in the world to
introduce game changing TV experience.Your Day
- Communicating with product leads, engineers, internal and
external stakeholders & customers about product ideas and feature
requirements.
- Researching and specifying product requirements based on
customer interactions, competitive analyses, and other data sources
/ analyses.
- Defining product requirements/user stories and launching new
product capabilities using Agile methodology.
- Working with engineering to understand the underlying
technologies & trade-offs needed to put high quality solutions in
place.
- Leading an agile engineering scrum team(s) to deliver value for
customers quickly while iterating towards your long-term
vision.
- Bringing to market product-based solutions & features across
multiple delivery teams (PM, Engineering, user docs, marketing,
sales, etc.)
- Align with analytics and metrics - KPIs that drive business
growth and engagement
- Conducting product research for CTV DSP and or SSP
landscape
- Helping product managers around TV pod design, auction
mechanics, reporting and analytics product portfolioYou Must Have
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think
independently.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills (written,
verbal)
- An ability to multitask, organize & lead complex projects,
detail orientation, and be able to summarize.
- Experience delivering products using Agile / Scrum software
development & Engineering practices.
- Experience working with teams (Marketing, Sales, user docs,
Service, Support, etc.) and GTM processes.
- A broad understanding of web & internet technologies,
application development tech, and IT infrastructure; direct ad tech
experience is a plus.
- DSP and SSP ad tech experience is a big plus; Experiences in
the DSP and SSP components like inventory management, pricing,
reporting and insights are big plus
- Exposure to advanced TV (CTV, OTT) products or platforms is a
big plus.

ranges from $45,760.00 - $135,200.00/yr and will vary depending on
