Job Description
This role can be based at a LinkedIn office or remote. At LinkedIn,
we trust each other to do our best work where it works best for us
and our teams. This role offers both hybrid and remote work
options, meaning you can work from home and commute to a LinkedIn
office, depending on what's best for you and when it is important
for your team to be together, or this role can be performed
remotely in most locations in the country of employment.
We are looking for a Learning Content Designer to join the LinkedIn
Talent Development team to imagine, design and implement solutions
to deliver impactful digital learning experiences so employees can
build the skills needed to fuel career transformation. Reporting to
the Senior Director of Talent Development, you'll contribute to and
lead projects to develop and drive enterprise-wide digital learning
offerings for LinkedIn employees. This role translates development
needs into a portfolio of courses, content and learning paths
working with a cross-functional team to develop the content for
these courses and promote the content across our internal comms
channels, while ensuring that they deliver on identified outcomes.
You'll contribute as a key member of a high-impact team that wakes
up every day excited to deliver impactful experiences for our
employees in support of growth and development.

The pay range for this role is [$82,000 to $130,000]. Actual
compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique
to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of
experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be
different in other locations due to differences in the cost of
labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include
annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable
