Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY Business Development Center Representatives are responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company's service goals. BDR's drive traffic through answering incoming sales calls, internet leads, as well as completing unsold showroom follow-up.
Confirming Appointment Calls
Compiling daily reports based on incoming and outgoing service calls
Consistently maintaining daily, weekly and monthly goals which corresponds to the objectives of the dealership and your individual performance
Must possess strong organizational skills, time management and the ability to multi-task
Process and return all DME calls within the same business day
Reporting to immediate supervisors regarding employee issues/problems
Maintaining a current knowledge of schedules of service advisor and management
Maintaining and enforcing good housekeeping such as no food in work areas
Perform standard BDC job duties as required for all BDC staff members:
Ensuring that all calls presented are answered promptly and professionally
Following the BDC scripts and guidelines on all inbound and outboard calls
Ability to work well under pressure
Developing proficiency with all features of the BDC software's (Xtime, CDK, Google Drive, Dealer Daily, Smart VMA, Blue Print, and Car Wars)
Ensuring that all information entered into BDC software is consistently and accurate
Maintaining a current knowledge of coupons, direct mail pieces and all service advertisements
Consistently meeting the guidelines set for number of set appointments, shows and inbound/outbound calls to be made daily
Follow up with clients who are overdue for service based on Angel website
Respond to customers' emails and chats
Confirm appointment calls and reschedule missed appointments
Update daily/nightly reports based on incoming & outgoing service calls
Make hang tags for the service advisors
Demonstrating the ability to interact effectively with dealer personnel at all levels
Maintaining a professional code of conduct at all times
Perform general administrative and support staff duties as assigned
