We have a temporary opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator (approximately 6 months) in our Mountain View office. Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities, Sr. Facilities Manager and/or Office Services Manager, the Coordinator will: Responsibilities Include: Act as a customer service representative to the firm---s attorneys, staff professionals, and clients. Provide concierge level support to employees and visitors utilizing hoteling offices. Greet and direct individuals to the assigned offices and assist with any special accommodation requests. Work with IT department to coordinate any IT/AV requests. Maintain clean and organized hoteling offices --- checking before and after use for items left behind, cleanliness, etc. Stock and monitor supplies as needed. Prepare signage for office assignments, if needed. Assist with cleaning conference rooms, multi-purpose rooms and kitchens, as needed. Provide support to other facilities or office services team members as requested. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Exceptional customer service skills. High level of attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully, and to follow instructions and procedures from a diverse group of clients, attorneys, staff professionals and vendors. Demonstrated professionalism, courtesy and diplomacy under pressure. Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask and handle changes or rush requests. Able to work well with others and promote a positive, team-oriented environment. Familiarity with computer applications (MS Office) preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience providing reception or customer service support in a professional services or hospitality environment. High school diploma or equivalent required.
