A Typical Day
The integration of science, technology, engineering, art, and
math (STEAM) into all aspects of our curriculum allows students to
explore and excel in areas requiring core knowledge, as well as
their individual passions such as musical theater, foreign
language, and creative writing. Students begin to understand what
they love most about school and learning, and realize what
individual passions they will pursue in high school, college, and
as a career. Our students understand that they are part of
something greater than themselves.
Teachers who are inspired in their approach, who stretch the
boundaries of learning, are typically the most successful. We
encourage enthusiasm and support our instructors to demonstrate the
thirst for knowledge to our students. We are looking for teachers
that stretch beyond textbook teaching and bring together
instruction methods that will ultimately help a student delve
deeper into a subject.
