The Server Operations & Tech Strategy team develops and expands
Google's server floor operations and data center materials,
including strategies for technology, data center planning, and
staffing. As Google Cloud continues to scale, this team's work will
contribute to the ongoing product, process, and capability growth
to ensure that Google can continue to meet competitive market
goals. As Director, Flow, Global Server Operations, you will lead a
team working closely across various complex, large-scale Cloud
organizations to drive the strategy integration for global server
operations. You will collectively translate the internal/external
Google Cloud Customer's needs into a workable set of items flowing
between data centers. The primary customers are third-party data
centers, Google's global data centers, Google's contractor
workforce, and server operations. Your team will be the glue
between all organizations that touch the data center at Google,
driving a cohesive strategy, challenging the status quo, and
driving supply chain optimization. To be a successful candidate,
you will be an inspirational leader, comfortable in a complex,
high-growth and innovative environment, with continuous
opportunities to improve. You are a self-starter with an analytical
mindset and experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
strategy and implementation. It's also critical that you have
experience partnering with C-level leaders of large organizations,

- Deliver strong inventory record accuracy (IRA), transitioning
from a push to pull system.
- Partner across end-to-end supply chain to drive integration
across verticals, improving collaboration around constraints,
forecasting, root cause analysis, demand shaping, and mix
recommendations. Improve all processes across organizations
allowing for a smoother flow.
- Materials and supply planning strategy and planning to reduce
friction and manage constraints, creating a rhythm of the business
for forecasting including: workforce planning, safety, cycle, and
