Job Description:

Minimum qualifications: + 8 years of experience in Value Engineering, Strategy Consulting, or Accounts Sales at a cloud computing or technology company. + Experience driving productivity suite agreements. + Experience managing business executive stakeholders and navigating business environments. Preferred qualifications: + Experience delivering and implementing board-level digital transformation strategies. + Knowledge of value selling methodology and processes, opportunities, value chain, and value realization across cloud technology. + Understanding of cloud sales and services, and a passion for Google Workspace. + Effective presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. + Ability to operate efficiently and effectively with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment. As the Customer Value Program Advisor for Google Workspace, you'll be responsible for developing and driving the approach for Google Workspace selling situations. You will collaborate with and influence the global sales, product, and industry teams on using these strategies to guide Google Cloud growth, drawing on your experience as a business executive and your broad knowledge of digital transformation strategies to shape these. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to collaboration with the Solutions teams and with the broader Customer Value Program team to build strategies. Customers in more than 150 countries turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to solve their most critical business problems. + Build and lead Google Workspace go-to-market motion including a value methodology, and drive Google Workspace agreements by leading a value advisor function. + Lead efforts to establish differentiated industry focused value propositions where needed with Google Workspace. + Brief Cloud leadership on customer patterns and emerging trends in Google Workspace based on customer value engagements. + Work with cross-functional leaders to enable the greater Cloud sales organization on best practices and key learnings. + Work closely with the Cloud Value Transformation team to drive analytical methodologies.
