Channel and Alliances Marketing Lead

The Channel and Alliances Marketing Lead has a critical role in supporting Fujitsus business growth. You will lead a team and be responsible for building relationships in a two-tiered channel structure of distribution partners, direct market resellers, value add resellers, and strategic alliance partners. You will be responsible for channel and alliances joint integrated marketing strategies/plans, enablement, Co-op/MDF funds management and metrics reporting. In addition, this role will collaborate closely with a core team of stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product Management and Support. The Channel and Alliances Marketing Lead will also work closely with other Fujitsu Marketing leads to ensure alignment around our strategy.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Channel and Alliance Integrated Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and integrated marketing plan and joint/co-branded marketing programs with alliances. Define goals, track and measure KPIs, and develop joint marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Channel Sales Program Management: Manage executive approvals and review metrics reporting of effectiveness of Channel Sales Programs (rebates, SPIFFs and incentives).
  • Channel and Strategic Alliance Partner Relationship Management: Build and manage marketing relationships with channel and strategic alliance partners. Analyze partner data to bring innovative ideas to market, including partner insights through research and regular live partner interaction. Identify areas for partner marketing process improvement. Manage Partner Portal.
  • ISV/Partner Joint Marketing Planning: Support joint marketing partners with SI and ISV partners.
  • Co-op/MDF Funds Management: Manage and track co-op and MDF funds.
  • Integrated FCPA Alignment: Work with a core team of key stakeholders including Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product Management and Support, and Fujitsu Marketing functions. Ensure channel and alliance marketing programs are communicated to key stakeholders.
  • Channel and Marketing Best Practices: Establish necessary channel and alliance marketing best practices and sharing among all key stakeholder teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10-15 years channel and strategic alliance partner marketing or channel management experience with at least 5 years in technology marketing (both B2B and B2C)
  • Experience with managing directs
  • Very strong organizational and written/verbal communication and influencing skills; must be able to prepare presentations and be comfortable speaking to groups; must be comfortable dealing with sales/executive management and channel and alliance marketing leadership
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience required
