As the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, you will have the opportunity to create a world-class recruitment strategy and manage the efficient operations of Intermedias international talent acquisition lifecycle. Youll have global responsibilities, working with Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR Professionals, and Business Partners around the world.

This is a new role as the company is in strong expansion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in growing a companys recruiting brand and presence on social media to drive market awareness as Intermedia as an employer of choice. This is a working manager role; you will be leading a recruiting team (initially 4 people), while also actively recruiting for some positions. Reporting to the Global SVP of Human Resources, the role involves extensive interaction with finance and corporate leadership, including preparation and presentation of talent management reports.

What You'll Do:

With a strong executive presence, work in close collaboration with HR, corporate management and finance teams, comprehensively and proactively manage the current and future talent acquisition needs.

* Analyze current talent acquisition processes, identifying process efficiencies, gaps and determining go forward process plans, i.e., identify and implement best practices and workflows across the company to help streamline and standardize processes worldwide * Develop the companys recruitment strategy that cost effectively delivers sources for drawing a strong candidate pool (including industry networking and sourcing, social media posting, and partnering with professional organizations and other appropriate venues) * Build the recruiting brand: Develop initiatives leveraging digital marketing to deliver a superior talent acquisition brand * Build a terrific team: Establish a strong partnership as a leader and as a working team member. Balance management of the day to day recruiting activity and strategic projects leveraging growth opportunities for team members. Manage internal and contract recruiters, including weekly meetings, requisition loads, performance management, coaching, and mentoring to develop internal recruiting capabilities * Partner with outside resources: Evaluate, select and manage recruitment agencies and retained/contingency search firms. Assess and measure effectiveness and ensure compliance with negotiated agreements * Increase internal leadership recruitment competency: Develop strategies and approaches to help functional leaders take a proactive mindset when it comes to workforce planning and talent strategies * Track and report: Provide the administrative tracking and reporting to management on talent acquisition plans, performance and resources needed to execute to the companys growth plan.

What you will bring to the role:

* Minimum 10 years of previous HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with 5 years minimum full life cycle recruiting experience, and at least 2 years in international talent acquisition * Deep knowledge of global recruitment strategies and branding. Familiar with tracking and reporting of social media recruiting * Known for successful leading, coaching, and mentoring of a professional recruiting team * Motivated by working leadership, driven to action orientation and do what it takes with the team to achieve success * Experience in high growth environments with a collaborative, highly accountable orientation * Track record of developing and delivering on strategies to recruit and hire employees internationally through effective sourcing and evaluation processes * Ability to design and manage processes with appropriate degrees of consistency for a global business * Highly confident and effective presenter with knowledge of web-based communication tools; excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service focus * Confident executive presence, establishing Talent Acquisition as a consultative partner to the business. * Self-starter with common sense and able to act on own initiative with high detail orientation
