Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 15 years of technology post-sales, sales management, sales operations or post-sales discipline (ie: professional services, support, education, customer success).

+ 3 years of experience in acquisition integration for a technology company.

+ Program management experience with global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications:

+ MBA.

+ Ability to influence others without direct authority in a highly matrixed organization.

+ Strong analytical skills, financial analysis capabilities, and ability to clearly summarize and present data.

+ Self-motivated, results-driven, and strong attention to detail. Strong communication, collaborative team/consensus building and persuasive skills.

You will work closely and collaboratively with the Google Corporate Development team and other Google cross-functional teams (i.e. Product, Go-to-market) to evaluate acquisition and strategic investment opportunities that help facilitate Google Cloud growth.

Your charter is designed to support overall GTM diligence and integration, as a pillar of analysis and deliverables specific to Customer Experience. You will partner closely with the GTM M&A team to contribute Customer Experience planning to overall GTM strategy and execution. Post acquisition, you will mobilize integration resources within Google Cloud's Customer Experience organization to build out and execute on the integration roadmap. Across the business lifecycle you'll coordinate awareness and approvals with executive leadership in Customer Experience on strategy and budgets.

+ Conduct due diligence of acquisition goals, focused on assessing Customer Experience capabilities and resources to identify synergies, value drivers, financial cost models, and potential risks. Assess go-to-market approach/talent across company functions relevant to Customer Experience.

+ Build out and validate expected business growth and cost synergies working with cross-functional GTM integration teams. Create interim and end-state plans that support acquisition products/services.

+ Determine post acquisition model for Customer Experience go-to-market, in alignment with the overall GTM integration strategy and operational cost model, and oversee execution of Customer Experience integration plans.

+ Determine the optimum Customer Experience integration strategy for companies in the short term, and in the long term to ensure the continued support of the company's customers and growth of their products/services.
