Minimum qualifications:

+ 10 years of program/project management experience in the tech industry (e.g., enterprise, B2B).

+ Enterprise experience and/or sales process experience.

+ Experience in program management, setting up and executing operational processes. Experience with program growth tracking and impact metrics.

+ Experience with datasets and recommending actions based on data.

Preferred qualifications:

+ MA/MS degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Data Science

+ Sales or product marketing experience.

+ Experience in connecting customer lifecycle and experience insights across programs in multi-channel, global organization

+ Capability to think strategically, balancing a broad range of internal and external factors when identifying problems, proposing solutions, and making decisions

+ Able to understand complex ideas and large data sets with an ability to track program growth and synthesize into simpler terminology and insights.

+ Passion for data and an ability to identify new opportunities, drive collaboration and deliver high-quality, complex projects across teams

The Customer Advocacy & Insights (CAI) team represents Cloud's collective customers across various industries and global regions to ensure the broader organization is unified in resolving customer challenges. The team's charter is to enhance relationships with Google Cloud's most strategic customers and ensure their perspectives are solicited, heard and acted upon.

As the Speakers Bureau Lead at Google Cloud, you'll be responsible for building and driving a robust, comprehensive program to recruit executives, subject matter experts and speakers from across Alphabet to participate in Cloud customer engagement programs. You will be responsible for analyzing and tracking the health of the Executive and Speaker program performance and provide improvement recommendations in order to scale for growth.

In partnership with the Customer Briefing Center, Strategic Engagements, Customer Advisory Board and Sponsorship teams, you will prioritize and drive an internal recruitment strategy for key discussion topics for customer engagements. You will understand and synthesize weekly engagement agendas and themes, coordinate customer listening, and provide customer and sales team feedback to speakers and the leadership team.

You have the ability to analyze data and synthesize insights to drive change is critical to the success of this program. You are required to have excellent organization, program management, strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

+ Build and drive global program for all internal speakers for customer and partner engagements across Cloud and Alphabet

+ Recruit executives and experts to speak to customers (at briefings, CAB meetings, etc.)

+ Build speaker acquisition program and drive for scale

+ Create, standardize, enforce, and scale program processes

+ Deliver proactive speaker recruitment and acquisition process and build robust speaker pool
