In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at Google speed. Our team works closely with creative and prolific engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.We provide end to end solutions for Alphabets customer support and sales teams to converse with customers. Our goal is to provide true omni-channel capability for Alphabet's end customers to seamlessly engage with Alphabet across all channels using a range of core Google technologies (such as AI, ML and NLU).+ Be responsible for the sales and support agent experience. + Drive the vision, strategy, product plan and development of the Omni-channel Agent console, AI-powered assistant tools, workflows, and integration into the ecosystem. + Work with Alphabet business and product teams to understand their core problems and pain points. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, User Experience, Product Management, Client Management) in this role to drive the strategy, development, and customer success. + Work with customer sales representatives, support agents, supervisors and quality analysts from contact centers around the world.
