Primary Function of Position: The Service Contract Administrator will perform a full spectrum of contracts administration tasks including working directly with internal and external customers to ensure all customer needs and requirements are attended to for service contract related business. Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain integrity and accuracy of the Contract Administration database through the processing of service contract addendums and documentation associated with renewals Support on-going department process improvements Enter and maintain service contracts for released products in the SAP Database Process service contract billings for customers and distributors (U.S. and OUS markets) Generate and distribute reports for the purpose of monitoring and measuring service contract status and revenue Assist with system move process and system record updates Skill/Job Requirements: Minimum BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience Minimum 2 - 5 years of business-related work experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented, organized, and able to function in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Solid SAP skills and a general knowledge of its reporting functions Proactive and ability to work independently Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Intuitive is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
