Job Title: MDM Functional LeadLocation: Sunnyvale, CA/Dallas, TX/Remote till CovidDuration: 3+ Months/Possibility of FTE conversion Duties: ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain the business process, data catalog, business glossary documentation. Engage with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and prepare business analysis, plans & requirement definitions. Support the functional design and implementation of MDM and create solutions to meet business objectives and resolve system/process issues. Develop a strategic vision and roadmap that is forward-looking and serves as an interface to the overall business strategy. Understand and utilize data to make data-driven decisions on designs, solutions and use data to guide others in making decisions and future strategy planning. Understand the impact of master data changes within end-to-end processes and data life cycle. Anticipate downstream consequences of change on other business areas and systems. Analyze data and work directly with business data owners to define and draft business rules to resolve data quality issues. Establish a profiling and resolution process to evaluate existing data. Troubleshoot data problems and drive closed-loop corrective action process. Collaborate with technical architects, leads, and teams to develop strategy, implement and evolve it over time. Administer master data management standards, define, and enforce data governance procedures, and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms. Plan and Execute UAT for master data management releases. Investigate and resolve process and data issues as reported by stakeholders. Communicate and coordinate internally any changes or upcoming initiatives that will require additional data governance, data validations, or process improvements. Preparing and delivering training to business users

Education: Qualifications10+ years related experience preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or relevant engineering discipline preferred. Experience in Customer MDM implementation. 3-5 years demonstrated analytical skills, to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, summarize low-level information to general understanding statements, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements. Business process mapping, requirements gathering sessions, and documenting detailed business requirements. Strong verbal/written communication skills with ability to present high impact material in front of both small and large groups required. Proven ability to resolve complex problems across multiple business and IT stakeholder groups in an effective and timely manner required. Strong familiarity and experience in designing solutions to scale business functions involved in the end-end customer journey
