Job Description Job Description Production / Process Equipment Operator I (1st Shift) Wall, NJ area $18.00–$18.50 per hour Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM 40 hours per week potential overtime We are currently hiring 3 reliable and detail-oriented Production/Process Equipment Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in the Wall, NJ area. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with consistent weekday hours. Responsibilities - Operate and monitor production/process equipment safely and efficiently - Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions - Perform basic machine checks and report any issues to supervisors - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with material handling and general production tasks - Follow all safety and quality guidelines Requirements - High school diploma or GED required - Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs - Strong attention to detail and reliability - Ability to work overtime when required Schedule & Details - Monday to Friday - 30-minute unpaid lunch - Full-time, long-term assignment - Exact worksite details provided after successful onboarding Pre-Employment Screening (Required) Candidates must complete and pass all screening and onboarding requirements before starting: - E-Verify / employment eligibility onboarding - Criminal background check - 5-panel urine drug screen (conducted by a third-party vendor) - Confidentiality agreement and general safety orientation Start date is contingent upon full compliance clearance.
