Who You Are You are a warehouse leader who takes ownership of the shipping shift from start to finish You are reliable, punctual, and thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment You have strong work ethic and always look for ways to improve dispatch and shipping operations You take pride in accurate order processing and uphold all safety protocols and instructions You are a proactive team player who ensures every order ships on time and every customer has a positive experience You bring a can-do attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent judgment to every shift What You Will Do You will monitor and dispatch WMS orders for the shipping shift and coordinate daily shipping department activities You will process and close parcel (UPS) and LTL (FedEx / XPO) orders on time for scheduled pick-up and delivery You will use RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse tools to receive, scan, pick, pack, and ship product You will prepare packing slips, shipping labels, and bills of lading, ensuring all shipments are correctly labeled You will communicate with Customer Care and other departments to fulfill commitments and resolve discrepancies You will ensure 100% same-day order processing is achieved daily and report safety hazards to warehouse management You will support the Senior and Assistant Regional Distribution Managers in planning, staffing, and coordinating warehouse activities and inventory control What You Need Self-starter mentality — confident, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with limited supervision Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced shipping environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through on assigned tasks and projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and warehouse equipment Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel Flexibility to work overtime during peak volume days Education and Experience 5 years of warehouse experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education 2 years of industry-related experience Prior experience in a support or lead role within a warehouse or distribution environment Forklift certified (required) Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally; up to 25 pounds frequently Submit your resume today for immediate consideration.
