Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal to work in a
fast-paced legal environment supporting the Department of Justice
and USCIS.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts moderately complex legal research and prepares written
legal documents
Reviews case materials to identify conflicting statements and areas
needing further investigation
Prepares synopses of hearings and drafts preliminary legal
memoranda and correspondence
Required Qualifications
Paralegal certificate, JD, or currently attending an ABA-accredited
law school with at least one year of study
Minimum of two years of litigation paralegal experience or project
experience
At least one year of experience in automated litigation support
Knowledge of federal and state court systems, legal research
procedures, and tools like LEXIS and Westlaw
US Citizen eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance
