Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Corporate Counsel to
support its legal organization and ensure compliance with laws and
regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Streamline the contracting process and manage assigned contracts
throughout their lifecycle
Negotiate, draft, and review contracts, agreements, and related
documents
Advise various departments on legal issues and ensure compliance
with applicable laws
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of legal experience
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Current member in good standing of at least one state bar
Working knowledge of contracts and compliance
Willingness to learn new areas of expertise as business needs
change
