Job Description:

A company is looking for a Paralegal to support legal operations and ensure compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage contract administration and maintain a modern contract database
Track clinician licensing compliance and oversee an external vendor
Draft and review various legal agreements, including client and employment-related contracts

Required Qualifications

Professional paralegal and contract administration experience in a complex legal or corporate environment
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
Ability to function independently without close management
A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
