The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our legal team, providing counsel on a wide range of legal issues related to technology and business operations. This role will primarily involve providing legal support for corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and other corporate matters. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our executive leadership and other stakeholders to ensure that our business operations are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Why join us?Benefits401KMedical Dental VacationJob DetailsResponsibilities:1. Provide legal counsel on a broad array of corporate matters including corporate governance, SEC reporting, public company obligations and compliance, and other related issues.2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of legal documents including contracts, agreements, and other corporate documents.3. Provide legal support for corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and other corporate matters.4. Work closely with the executive leadership team to provide legal advice on strategic initiatives and business operations.5. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop and implement legal strategies that align with our business objectives.6. Stay abreast of current trends, practices, and developments in corporate transactional law.7. Ensure that the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of 7 years of experience working in corporate transactional law.3. Experience working with public trading companies is required.4. Must have a solid understanding of SEC corporate reporting requirements.5. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.6. Strong business acumen with the ability to provide legal advice that takes into account both legal and business considerations.7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal audiences.8. Must be a member in good standing of a state bar.9.
