years of interaction design experience in product design or UX

feel. You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating
with Engineering and Product Management, leveraging user insights
to create industry-leading products. As an Interaction Designer,
you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading
user experiences from concept to execution, working with design
partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful,
innovative products. In this role, you will leverage your
interaction and service design skills to inform a growth period for
Google Fi Wireless. As a design lead, you will be responsible for
driving road maps from early definition through to launches, and
partnering with cross-functional leads to create intuitive,
experiences across Google Fi's offerings. Google's mission is to

lives better through technology. The US base salary range for this
full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 bonus equity benefits. Our
salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and
relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about
the specific salary range for your preferred location during the

Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and
cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and
deliver solutions. Define the user experience at each stage using
wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity
prototypes. Drive prioritization of design-centered changes,
refinements and improvements. Partner with product managers and
engineers to establish a clear system for Google Fi's plan
portfolio and pricing. Optimize key user journeys, including
dynamic states across the Google Fi acquisition funnel.
