looking for a motivated Chief of Staff to join our growing team. At
CoreWeave, we are building the next generation public cloud for
accelerated workloads. This role will provide direct support to the
SVP of Engineering, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day
activities and enabling the SVP to focus on strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, experienced
assistant or project manager with the demonstrated ability to
respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility,
composure and a good sense of humor. The Chief of Staff to the
Product & Engineering Executive office serves as a strategic and
operational force multiplier, enabling the executive staff to
operate at maximum effectiveness across a fast-moving AI Cloud
organization. This role blends strategic planning, operational
rigor, and cross-functional coordination to drive alignment,
execution, and accountability across product, engineering, and
partner teams. The Chief of Staff acts as an extension of the
executive office for Product & Engineering —shaping agendas,
managing business and operating cadences, ensuring follow-through
on priorities, and helping translate strategy into measurable
outcomes. The individual in this role must understand business
priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs
and drive improvements to build capacity for the leadership team.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete
complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, and react with
appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.
The ideal candidate must be able to work successfully in a team
environment and build effective working relationships inside and
outside the group. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Agenda
Management Build and manage the executive's agendas for staff
meetings, operating reviews, product and engineering forums, and
leadership offsites. Identify, frame, and prioritize key topics and
decisions to ensure meetings are outcome-oriented and aligned with
strategic goals. Anticipate upcoming decisions and proactively
surface risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies. Business & Operating
Cadence Coordination Design, maintain, and continuously improve
business and operating cadences across product and engineering
(e.g., weekly staff meetings, quarterly planning, roadmap reviews,
and retrospectives). Coordinate inputs, pre-reads, and outputs
across teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of these
cadences. OKR & Performance Management Own executive-level OKR
reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and narrative around
progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Drive accountability by
following up on underperforming or at-risk initiatives and
facilitating course correction. Execution & Follow-Through Capture
key decisions and action items from executive and leadership
meetings. Ensure clear ownership, deadlines, and visibility for all
critical action items. Track execution and proactively intervene to
remove blockers or escalate issues when needed. Special Projects &
Strategic Initiatives Lead or support high-priority,
cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the executive office.
Conduct analysis, develop recommendations, and drive execution on
strategic projects related to product strategy, engineering
execution, or organizational effectiveness. Serve as a trusted
thought partner to the executive office on organizational design,
prioritization, and scaling challenges. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer
Science, Business, or a related discipline); advanced degree (MBA
or equivalent) is a plus. 7 years of experience in roles such as
Chief of Staff, program management, product operations, engineering
operations, management consulting, or equivalent. Strong
familiarity with product and engineering organizations, ideally
within cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or high-growth
technology companies. Demonstrated experience building and managing
operating cadences, executive agendas, and cross-functional
coordination. Proven ability to track, report, and drive execution
against OKRs or similar performance frameworks. Exceptional
organizational skills with a track record of capturing decisions,
managing action items, and ensuring follow-through. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
synthesize complex technical and business topics for executive
audiences. High degree of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
when working with senior leaders and sensitive information.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments,
with a bias toward action and results. The base salary range for
