- Work with the solution architects designing the solution on the
US side, suggest technology alternatives to align with local
guidelines, distribute the work to the developers and supervise the
progress done by the developers in China.
- Coordinate daily synchronizations between the US and China
- Work with the quality teams to coordinate ongoing testing as
solutions are developed and deployed
- Manage formal project and solution documentation for product
releases -QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor or Master's degree in software engineering or
technology or equivalent field.
- Minimum 8 years of technology -experience.
- 3+ years of leading technical team members.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience on managing scalable, cloud-based projects (AWS or
equivalent) in any technology (like .NET, Python, React, SQL Server
- Strong experience on troubleshooting software issues,
identifying root causes quickly, document lessons learned and
propose solutions for meeting customer needs.
- Work with DevOps, -QA, Data Privacy, -Cybersecurity, -(etc.)
teams to provide software solutions.
- Coordinate infrastructure & application deployments.Additional
